How to Enter

1. Purchase Requirement: To enter the draw, purchase one of the following Fiji Gas products:
   • A 12kg or 4.5kg gas refill from any participating supermarket or agent store.
   • Autogas is worth $15 or more.
2. Entry Submission: After making an eligible purchase:
   • Scan the QR code provided at the point of sale or on promotional materials.
   • Complete the online form with your name, phone number, email address, and upload a clear photo of your receipt.
3. Alternative Entry Option: For those unable to access the QR code, visit the Fiji Gas website or a designated Fiji Gas center to submit your entry manually with your receipt.

CONDITIONS:

• Promotion starts from 6^th December 2024 – FJ time 8:00am.
• Promotion ends on 19^th January 2025 – FJ time 11:59pm.
• Entries submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for the draw.
• Promotion applies on purchases of FIJI GAS 12kg and 4.5kg refills or new issues at any supermarkets selling FG, or fuel up with our Autogas with $15 or more
• Promotion applies to all Fiji Gas customers, provided the receipt is provided.
• Promotion is exclusive to direct consumers and does not apply to agent stores.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
• Winners must sign an acknowledgment form upon receiving the prize. Fiji Gas will not hold any legal responsibility for prizes after they are distributed.
• Open to Fiji residents only.
• Available only to end consumers.

DETAILS:

1. Redemption:
   • Prizes will be awarded in the form of gas vouchers redeemable only at Fiji Gas, Walubay Suva.
   • Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period stated on each voucher.
   • Defaced or altered vouchers will not be accepted. Only original vouchers are valid for redemption.
2. Conditions:

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
• Winners must sign an acknowledgment form upon receiving the prize. Fiji Gas will not hold any legal responsibility for prizes after they are distributed.

3. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to all Fiji residents aged 18 years and above at the start of the promotion period (6^th December 2024, 8:00 AM Fiji Time).
• The promotion is exclusive to direct consumers purchasing products for personal use. Businesses, agents, or intermediaries purchasing products for resale are not eligible to participate.
• Employees of Fiji Gas Pte Ltd, their families, and any entities directly involved in organizing the promotion are excluded from participation.

Winner Selection and Notification

1. Draw Details:

• The major draw will take place on 24^th January 2025 at the Fiji Gas Head Office in Walubay, Suva, under the supervision of police officers to ensure fairness.
• All valid entries received before the promotion deadline will be included in the draw.

2. Notification:

• Winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw via the contact details provided at the time of entry.
• Fiji Gas will make reasonable efforts to contact winners. If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim their prize within three (3) months of the draw, the promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize.

3. Publication:

• The names and photographs of winners may be used in promotional materials by Fiji Gas.

Data Privacy and Usage

• Participants’ personal information (name, phone number, email, receipt details) will be collected solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.
• Fiji Gas ensures compliance with applicable data protection laws. Participant data will not be shared with third parties and will be securely deleted after the conclusion of the promotion, unless explicit consent is provided for further use.
• Participants can opt-in to receive future marketing communications during the entry process.

General Conditions

• A single receipt allows one entry per transaction. Multiple receipts for a single transaction exceeding the minimum threshold will not be issued.
• Fiji Gas reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• By entering the promotion, participants agree to these terms and conditions and to the promoter’s decisions, which are final and binding.
